I thought this was an interesting idea for a ceiling. Instead of using the tin tiles, the designer painted textured wallpaper. He said applied a green tint then added a gold/bronze color over it.
my sister in law had her ceiling done with textured wallpaper too but put it between wooden ceiling beams and painted it cream color. looked great but is hard on the arms and neck while applying
