Front Porch View

Here's a picture of a portion of our front porch. I don't really have any ideas on what to do with it. When it rains, the porch gets pretty wet so that limits options. Plus we have three recycling tubs we keep here so I'd like to find a way to disguise them. Suggestions . . . anyone, anyone?

Front Yard Project

Here's a view of our front yard taken from behind our screen door. It was too cold to actually step my feet any further. We're thinking about removing the black railing on the sidewalk to the street. It's pretty boring from this view so I'm taking any suggestions.

The Cat is Cold

We've had freezing temperatures and it's not going to get any better. Miss Lucy found temporary relief from the vent. Just imagine how she would feel without those extra pounds and fur coat.

Bath Time

Harrison can find a new adventure every time we go to the hardware store. I think he stayed in the bathtub for at least 15 minutes. First he adjusted the temperature then gave himself a good washing. And finally, he used the nozzle to make a few phone calls.

I See It

I picked up Band-Aids the other day because I thought it would be a good item to have around the house. As I was putting it into my cart, I felt raised edges on the front. The product name is also produced in braille! Pretty cool, if you ask me.

Wet Froggy

After we found out I was pregnant, we bought this cute little raincoat. It's one of those items that you can't resist. We knew it would be forever before he (which at this point didn't know the gender) could wear it but it looked cute hanging on the wall. We found the boots at Target a couple of months later. The time has arrived and he loves them.
