High Tech Office

It's amazing how much computers are part of our daily lives. Mr. H had a follow up doctor's appointment today. I walked over to the reception area to check in and she informed me I needed to use the touch-screen on the other side of the wall. It's similar to the airplane kiosk with all your information stored in the system. The patient's name will appear on the large black screen (see above). On the right side is the status "Not Here," "Signed In," and "Registered." I wonder what it's going to be like in another five years.

pretty snazzy. the high tech is going to leave senior citizens behind. maybe i am still young enough to learn. we are also no longer interacting with other people as much. guess everything has a plus and a minus side.

Holy cow! Why don't they just embed a chip in the back of his neck?? ;->

We'll all have one some day ourselves . . .
