Holy cow, talk about a Martin House or should I say Martin Palace. It's been open for business for a few weeks now and I have yet to see a bird there. Maybe they used the wrong kind of wood?

perhaps they dont like so many neighbors. it is sort of like a large apartment complex. i would prefer single family dwelling.
